Media Release Agreement

This Media Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Eridaniverse (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the participant (“Participant,” “you”).

By registering for or entering a Public Office Hours session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following:

Nature of the Session

Public Office Hours sessions are recorded, public-facing educational sessions.

Participation is voluntary.

These sessions are not confidential.

If you prefer a confidential session, you may book a paid private appointment instead.

Consent to Recording

You understand and agree that:

• The session may be recorded (audio and video). Recording may begin prior to your verbal participation in the session.

• Your name, voice, likeness, and any materials you voluntarily share during the session may be captured in the recording.

• The recording may be edited for clarity, length, or formatting.

Permission to Use Media

You grant Eridaniverse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display recordings or excerpts of the session for:

• Educational purposes

• Marketing and promotional content

• Social media

• Website use

• Email communications

• Future digital products

You understand that no compensation will be provided for such use.

Voluntary Participation

You agree:

• You are participating voluntarily.

• You may choose what information you disclose.

• You will not share confidential or proprietary third-party information.

No Obligation to Use

Eridaniverse is not obligated to use any recordings.

We reserve the right to edit, decline to publish, or remove content at our discretion.

Good Faith Removal

While this release grants permission for ongoing use, Eridaniverse may, at its discretion, honor reasonable requests for removal of specific clips.

Release of Claims

You release and hold harmless Eridaniverse from any claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising from the authorized use of recordings under this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Acceptance

By checking the agreement box prior to entering the Public Office Hours session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Media Release Agreement.
