Paid Services and Payment Terms

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, based on the time zone listed at the time of booking, to receive a full refund or apply the payment toward a rescheduled session. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to the policies of the payment processor.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings.

In the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, Eridaniverse may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time reschedule.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted through the original booking confirmation link or by direct written communication.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eridaniverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website, services, or materials.

In no event shall Eridaniverse’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution
